Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Dentrix, preferred but not required
  • Self-motivating, proactive problem solver and excellent communicator
  • Team player, willing to put others interest above your own
  • Incredible people skills and professionalism in person, on the phone and by email/text
  • Time management-prioritization and the ability to remain organized
  • Experience required 6 months, also willing to train
  • Mature-willing to ask for help in real-time and admit mistakes
  • Open to changes and quick to adapt

Requirements:

  • Schedule appointments for our new and existing patients
  • Check patients in and out
  • Welcome guest and greet people who visit
  • Collect payments from patients
  • Coordinate front-desk duties-including answering all incoming calls
  • Recare
