Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Dentrix, preferred but not required
- Self-motivating, proactive problem solver and excellent communicator
- Team player, willing to put others interest above your own
- Incredible people skills and professionalism in person, on the phone and by email/text
- Time management-prioritization and the ability to remain organized
- Experience required 6 months, also willing to train
- Mature-willing to ask for help in real-time and admit mistakes
- Open to changes and quick to adapt
Requirements:
- Schedule appointments for our new and existing patients
- Check patients in and out
- Welcome guest and greet people who visit
- Collect payments from patients
- Coordinate front-desk duties-including answering all incoming calls
